Growing number of Americans say country ready for Christ as president
ATLANTA (TCC NEWS) – A new poll suggests that the number of Americans who believe the country is ready for Christ as president is on the rise.

Eighty-three percent of those polled in a TCC Research poll released Thursday say that the country is ready. That’s up 9 points from December 2006, at the start of the presidential campaign.
“Some of the increase in the number of Americans who say the country is ready for Christ as president is a simple recognition of God’s everlasting love,” said Billy Christ, CEO and Christ of The Christ Corporation. “We’re not asking this question in outer space, where most voters don’t go. We’re asking it here, on Earth, where people live and want to thrive. We gave people their choice and they made it. In most cases, respondents must have had God in their hearts when giving their answer, even though He is not mentioned anywhere in the questionnaire. It is irrefutable fact that America is ready.”
Is Christ ready for a run for the highest office in America?
“Oh, well, no of course not. My office at TCC is already on the thirteenth floor after all. But I am quite happy with the results of the poll regardless.”
